Get Japan’s hardest tickets the minute they go on sale.

Japan Trip knows when each ticket on your trip goes on sale — in your own time zone — which ones sell out in minutes, and how to get through the Japanese booking sites. Then it checks your days against what you booked.

Plan your trip

Start without an account. Saving needs a free account.

Built for the parts of Japan that sell out.

Know when every sale opens

Each ticket’s sale is worked out from your trip — a month ahead, a year ahead, the 10th at 10:00 Japan time — and shown in your own clock, with an email before it opens.

Be ready for the ones that go in minutes

For sales that sell out in minutes, a countdown screen keeps the booking page and everything you’ll need to type in front of you.

Step by step through Japanese booking sites

Days checked against your bookings

Every transfer is checked against the times you booked, and the plan says when a card and a day disagree. Invite your companions; the plan opens without a signal.

An idea to an itinerary, in three steps.

  1. Start with what you have

Paste your notes or booking confirmations. Or choose a ready-made route and start fresh.

  2. Make it your own

Set your dates, add the places you care about and arrange your stops into days.

  3. Save it and take it with you

Save the trip to your account, invite your companions and open the plan on your phone.

Before you start

Do I need an account to start?

No. You can start planning and preview a route without an account. Saving needs a free account, which anyone can create.

Can I bring an existing itinerary?

Yes. Paste an itinerary or rough notes to organize them into days, or start with booking confirmations. Review imported details before travelling.

Does it work offline?

Sign in and open your trip while connected so it can be saved on your device. Your itinerary and saved data remain available offline. New map tiles, weather updates and syncing need a connection.

Can I share a trip?

Yes. Trip owners can invite other users with permission to view or edit the itinerary.

Can I sign up without creating a plan?

Yes. Choose “Just sign up” to make an account and plan later, or join someone else’s trip.

Does Japan Trip book tickets for me?

No. It helps organize your plans and keep your own bookings together. Check ticket availability, opening hours, routes and tax-free rules with official sources.
